Dear Parents,

We would like to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of our building safety procedures.

For the safety of all of our children, please do not allow anyone into the building that you do not know. We understand that it can sometimes feel awkward to ask someone if they have a door code or to not hold the door open, but these procedures are in place to help keep everyone safe.

All families and authorized individuals have their own access code, and anyone else who needs to enter the building should ring the doorbell or you could go get a teacher for them. By following this policy, you are helping us maintain a secure environment for your children.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our school safe.
